do you have a service that allows me to rebroadcast a stream from another source? I have a link plus username/password to a stream but I am not sure if it is a shoutcast stream. I would like to basically rebroadcast that. I looke around your services the only thing that comes close is if I act like a shoutcast server and then relay that again using your service. I was wondering if you have anything that can bypass that step and directly relay whatever link I tell it to with username and password options.

Thanks,

How do you set up multiple encoders on windows media encoder for streaming?

Multiple biterates can be established in Windows Media Encoder for the SAME publishing point by selecting the different biterate you need. However these will only be available on the same publishing point and the client connecting will determine which biterate to use.

If you wish to send multiple servers or publishing points, windows media can not do this and you need to find an alternative such as sam3 from spacialaudio.
